hello, you reminded me that there was the option of the Sverdlovsk-4 lightmeter, which made me order one a few minutes ago from ebay
I'm sure it's a good deal for the price it costs

I've only got a Lunasix F, it was about 80 Euros but it has a Zone scale and it's really good. thats all I can say

I have one and use it. Not really much to tell about: it does its job without much fuss or letdowns. It is compact and light so that it's never an extra burden. It measures incident and reflected light, the latter with about same coverage as 135mm lens, allowing improvised spot metering. The LED indicator can become barely visible in very bright sunlight though. Overall good value for an $10 item.

I've got one too, and really like it. Works well, sort-of-spot and ambient. Easy to use, and can take any battery between 3.7 and 4.5 v that you can make fit. It has an inbuilt calibration procedure (see Alfred Klomp's site).
Fine value for money, and a perfect companion for an Iskra!

Where could you get one for $10? All I found id $30 + on eBay.
nikos
Rangefinders noob ;)
I also got one
For 15$ including shipping i just couldn't do wrong. And results are just like my Nikon d70 matrix meter. It only needs correction with long times (below 1/15) and in bulb light. At daylight its just perfect for negatives and with some practice slides are also possible.
I wonder why nowdays no one makes cheap and accurate meters just like svierdlovsk. Cheapest new meters that i found are for at least 200$... that is 20x times more than i paid for my camera (FED 5B), so no comment needed. But in fact i got camera and meter from the same century and decade ;-)
