It is not only LEICA cameras with the rare THREE CROWNS engraved on the camera bodys ,also VOIGTLÄNDER have some cameras.
Back in the year 1953, the SWEDISH MILITARY DEFENSE bought 10 pieces of VOIGTLÄNDER BESSA II with lens SKOPAR 3,5/105mm.
These unusual cameras were engraved, from the manufacture, with THREE CROWNS and numbered 1-10 and the year – 53.
It comes with a leather bag, with THREE CROWNS stamp on the front.
LP-FOTO in Stockholm ,Sweden sold, in the year 2001, auktion nr 13, such a camera, engraved 10/53 and THREE CROWNS.
The price then, was 7,200 swedish kronor, and with commission about 8,600 .
