Leica LTM Telesar 35mm lens?

Hi,

does anybody know the Telesar 3.5/35mm lens for LTM-Leicas?

I only know the name for wide-angle and tele-photo accessories, but never thought they manufactured complete lenses until I saw an auction of one of these lenses.
