Hi,
For some inexplicable reason, even though I love my Nikon dSLR, I seem to be drawn back to shooting film with a rangefinder. I came across this forum, did some searches and found comments here useful and friendly.
I’m looking for a Yashica Electro 35 GSN and/or Canon Canonet GIII GIII QL 17. My preference right now is for the Yashica, but I might buy both
I’ll probably start bidding on ebay over the next day or two, but if any of you are looking to sell one of these in good condition (new seals, etc.) and it performs well, let me know. I’ve shot a lot of film with various SLRs (Nikon, Minoltas, even a old manual Miranda) over the years, but this is my first rangefinder. I’d rather buy from someone in this forum.
Pete

I think there is a GSN now in the classifieds here for about $40. A good way to get started with rangefinders, it was my first.

Can't help with the Yashica but I could be persuaded to part with the QL17 that is on my website here http://pentax-manuals.com/camgallery/gallery10.htm
Drop me a PM if the Yash doesn't work out and if are interested
