Those of you who wish to obtain a signed copy of my book from me need only to contact me.
Besides personally signing the book, I have also made up labels stating to the fact that “this copy has been directly purchased from the author”.
Prices are as follows and include all shipping and postage costs.
United States —— $120 including Priority Shipping.
Canada — — — — $150 including International Priority Shipping.
Europe/Japan/Australia—$180 including International Priority Shipping.
I can accept checks(US/Canada only), money orders, bank wires, PayPal or cash.
