I'd say it's more like the ultimate "Agfa is Dead" photo. Nice.

I hated it when AGFA shut down. Agfa ultra color was extreme, amazing film. Damn this makes me sad all over again. I wish someone would have bought their film formulas.

A few weeks ago the lady working at the local pro lab sold me a brand of film called "Silvertone" which she said was the exact same as agfa.
I've been using that but it's currently the same price as TriX so the price advantage is sort of lost.

I have been able to buy Agfa Vista 200 on the lomography site. It is still inside the expiration date. I prefer Optima, but will take what I can get. Unfortunately I discovered the joys (and pitfalls) of Agfa too late, and just as I was finding out what a unique film it was, they went out of business.
If you are shooting Southwest landscapes, Agfa is incredible. If you are shooting portraits, be prepared for a lot of grain and some odd, red tones. Still, it was and is a film w/ it's own look.
Here's a shot w/ the Vista 200 taken in Galveston w/ a Contax G1 and the 90 lens. It shows off the intense color saturation of this film.

Hello,
if you like, you may follow this [ --> link ] to a german newspaper. The story there (and the pic) shows how the Agfa-Building in Munic/Germany got blasted in February 2008.
Greetings
Alex
The text says, this building was associated with the AGFA camera business, which ceased a lot earlier than their film business.
