...which is, that there is no button like „own postings“, in other forums I am, there are these buttons. I use them quite a lot to get to my newest posting again, and seeing if there is something new. I think, it’s easier than following a thread.

I'm not sure if this is what you want but I use 'Quick Links' then to 'My Profile' and you will find all my posts.

charjohncarter, that’s not exactly what could be the best option, but I’d call it 2nd-best. And that’s definitely enough! So, thank you both!

If you take what John said a step further and save the link to your posts in your bookmark or toolbar, won't that make it a one-click deal?

I have been using search > advanced searh > my username. Gives the threads listed by most recent posting.

Also did that before, but I think, that’s quite circuitous - now you’ve got the permission to call me lazy
