One of my favorite podcasts is The Art of Photography, and the current edition features the work of Thurston Hopkins. I must confess, I was not aware of him until viewing the program, but his work is very impressive. Worth a viewing.

The photographer deservs praise, but the guy who made the presentation is a bit off track. HCB was both making better compositions and had real timing, but also got involved documenting some of the memorable historic moments of the world, and deservedly got more publicity for it.
Hopkins is a softer version of Doisenau in my opinion.
