To DAG or not to DAG

After many weeks of debate I got an LTM 'cron. I got it for much less then I'd seen at KEH and elsewhere. The lens looks great but inspecting the glass with a penlight shows what looks like someone cleaned the inside of the front element with cleaner but didn't wipe it off very well. Or, could it be the beginning of haze? Should I get it cleaned before it gets worse? Jim

Shoot a few rolls and see what the results look like.

I shot for over a year with a Summicron with some haze and it really didn't diminish the results to any huge degree - perhaps lowered the contrast some.

who knows, you might have a lens with the elusive Leica glow 🙂

Thanks' Brett and John. My only concern is if it would get worse like fungus can. I'm considering removing the front element and cleaning it myself. Anyone ever try this with an early Sumicron?
