An expected treat of the LHSA/Photokina trip has been the pleasure of renewing and strengthening old friendships and (hopefully) making some new ones.

I have had the pleasure of seeing Tom and Tuulikki Abrahamsson again, and having gotten to know a couple of guys very familiar to this forum: Stephen Gandy and Tony Rose. It is really nice to now be able to put faces to some e-mail addresses that I have done some business with over the years.

I have written more about my experiences at the LHSA event and have placed a few new pictures (of Photokina and the aforementioned) on my blog.

Can't figure out, though, why the sound of the M8 shutter would "take the wind out of your sails'? Let us know how the prints look from the M8 and then tell us if the wind is still out.
