Just a quick heads up that tonight's Imagine program on the BBC is about William Klein.
It airs at 22:35 UK time, and will soon be available on the BBC iPlayer.

Thanks, I've put it to record .... I'd not noticed it in the Radio Times
Will iPlayer be available to those of us in the US?

I wouldn't think so, Aunty Beeb is a PSB, I imagine you will have to subscribe

I did a quick google search and apparently there are various ways around this, but I guess that it'll end up being posted somewhere where it can be seen in the US.

Ok, yes... I got: Currently BBC iPlayer TV programmes are available to play in the UK only, but all BBC iPlayer Radio programmes are available to you.

That's interesting, thanks. There is a long tradition of international radio broadcasts from the BBC and I guess TV is easier to sell than radio.

Only works on 10.7 or above. Just a heads up.

Film, the next evolution.
Thanks for the heads up.
Mr Klein is one of my favourite 'old boy' photographers. A real character.

You can get older versions of the software here https://code.google.com/p/get-iplayer-automator/downloads/list for 10.5 and 10.6. Anything before Leopard doesn't seem to be supported though.

What a beautifully made documentary. Very enjoyable.

Really enjoyable. Liked his B&W stuff. An amazing photog who's still working at 87. Quite a character, with a dry sense of humour but a real interest in the people he met. A good watch.

The iPlayer didn't help. Found the show, but kept saying "bad proxy."

This is just in case this helps anybody in another place in the world where the iPlayer stream might be available (I'm in the UK).
(I'm running on Debian old-stable Linux);
in Firefox the backport flash plugin runs iPlayer OK,
in Google Chrome my libraries are too old to support the version with current flash plugin, so it helpfully tells me that it needs Flash "version 10.2.0 or higher to play imagine...: Winter 2012: The Many Lives of William Klein".
So I guess the same would apply for people running Windows; use Adobe Flashplayer >=10.2.0 (just a suggestion, I haven't rebooted to try it in Windows
).
(Previous posters have addressed the issue for MAC).
I enjoyed the programme.
