Turning off email notifications

Since the upgrade to the new server, my email inbox has been inundated w/ notifications of posts on threads I've "subscribed" to. I've repeatedly tried to turn the email notification function off (yes, I clicked "save changes" after doing so) but the emails keep coming. This didn't happen under the old servers.

How do I turn off email notifications of posts to threads?

I apologize if this question has been asked and answered, but I couldn't find a thread addressing it.

not sure what is going on with you.
will have the tech guy check it out.

I also have this problem---I was subscribed to the classifieds but now cannot turn it off. :) I get script error when i try.
 
Check out your personal list of Subscribed Threads click on the box at the top next to "Notification"...all the thread titles should now be checked, then scroll on down to the bottom of the page and click on the arrow next to the "Move to Folder" title and then click on "No email notification"...then hit "Go"...
You might have to do this to many pages to stop them from coming...I had to do this a few weeks ago...this is what's stopped them...every so often an old thread pops up and I have to reset the notification to it...
 
Thanks, Stephen. The User CP, under "options," is supposed to allow you to turn these off, but it's not working, and I see I'm not the only one w/ this problem.
 
I'm having the opposite problem. I don't get ANY email notifications of threads I'm subscribed to.
