Apparently they were Washing-up at the time, whatever that is, it's a new one on me, but it seems to involve rushing through six months of impractical and ill-considered legislation in a few days with one eye on the laws and one on the electorate …

Yup and including the word "economy" always helps - unless it's MP's expenses!
