Ultrafin for Tri-x, Neopan 1600 ?

Just figured in my closet a new, sealed bottle of Ultrafin developer that, as I now recall, I bought some 4-6 months ago and forgot about it.

I do not remember Ultafin gets mentioned here in the film processing forum, however an experienced and formally photo educated friend of mine told me that this is very good developer (hence I bought a bottle to try out back then..)

So, what about it ? Can it be at least as good or better then HC-110 I used to for Tri-X/Tmax ? Is it better for push of Tri-X to 800/1600 or Neopan 1600 then HC-110 ? How it stacks up against icrophen when pushign Tri-X to 1600 and Neopan 1600 ?
