Ultron Synchro-Compur repairs

I have a Vito III in poor condition. The biggest problem is the Synchro-Compur shutter in it's Ultron F2.0 50mm lens is stuffed. By which I mean two of the five leaves are stuck open, and it won't fire when triggered.

Any suggestions as to cost of fixing, and where?

Alternatively, does anyone have a working shutter or lens + shutter surplus to requirements?
