So I won a strange combination of adapters on a komura lens on ebay. My main interest was the canon lens mount adapter b and got the whole thing for less than I've seen the canon adapter go for by itself in the past:

Komura 105/f2.5 SLR lens: This will make a nice addition to my Canon FD system. I'm not very familiar with Komura SLR lenses (I'm more familiar with the Komura tele LTM lenses), but the barrel has what looks like two aperture rings. The outer one has firm clicks but doesn't actually close the aperture. The inner ring, which actually controls the aperture, moves smoothly from wide open, stopping at the position indicated by the outer ring. There is no mechanical aperture connection to the camera body as would be the case for most FD/FL lenses.

This is screwed into what is either an adapter or an integral part of the lens which happens to screw out easily -- I'm not really sure which. On one side is a canon FD bayonet mount, the other side has 48mm threads which screws into the lens itself. In appearance this is similar to a Canon lens mount adapter A. On the barrel of this "adapter" is: CA UNI. CR MADE IN JAPAN

Connected to this was the Canon converter B. I know what this one is.

Screwed into the converted B is an adapter with LTM screw threads on one end, and a 1 inch/25mm thread on the other end, Inside the adapter is "E. Leitz New York" on one side of the threads and "C X" on the other. I'm guessing this is an adapter to connect to a 16mm movie camera, but I'm unclear on this.

Any more ideas about the last adapter? It was certainly a nice way to get the Canon Converter B and another FD lens at a good price...
