maybe a silly question, but I want to know, if using a uv filterwith on a Nokton s.c. lens influences the "s.c. effekt"?

I have both the MC and SC versions. It seems to me that the MC has great color, but the SC version opens up the shadows in both B&W and Color. I have used the cut filter on both, and to my eye, not seen any real difference with color. I don't use the filter with the SC when using the M8 as a B&W camera. I am actually thinking of selling off the MC version, as I am finding that with both film/digital M's, that I appear(IMO) to be getting a better DR with the SC version.YMMV
