Hi,
I'm having trouble when scanning low light pictures on my V500 using epsons' scanning software.
The scanner will crop pictures, usually at the top and bottom, where it sees no detail, even though slight detail is visible on the neg.
Is it possible to set the scanner to scan the full size of a 35mm neg and not automatically crop the image?
Thanks for any tips as I have just started using this scanner for negs and am getting quite a few that are cropped to panoramic looking ratios!
Just to clarify, I am scanning 12 frames each time and admittedly the images that are causing problems are very low light shots.
