Very First Images from the R-D1

I seem to have resolved my power cord problem (more about that later) and here are a few images taken with the R-D1. They are my very first images using the camera. It took me a while to sort out the controls, as they are very different from other digital cameras I have used. But an hour or two sitting down with the manual and the camera in hand helped me enormously.
