Hello,
very positive news: Lots of film photographers have said they want an international print magazine dedicated completely to film photography.
And now there is the chance to exactly get that!
PhotoKlassik goes international:
https://www.kickstarter.com/project...magazine-international-edition?token=c1f67295
PhotoKlassik is well established and successful in the German speaking market for about five years now. It is an excellent very high quality print magazine about the current film photography.
All relevant topics are covered:
News and introductions to new products; tests about film cameras, films, developers, photo papers, processing gear etc.;
educational articles both for beginners and experienced photographers; slide projection; darkroom work including alternative processes; interviews and portfolios of excellent film photographers; exhibitions, lists of camera repair companies.
And also very positive: Extremely little advertising.
The International edition will have the "DNA" of the succesful established concept, but it will focus on the international community. So both editions will have different content.

First I've ever heard of all those film photographers clamouring to get their hands on a print magazine dedicated to film photography. They obviously hang out somewhere else and don't invite me.
As a "film photographer", another magazine is pretty far down on my list of wants.
If they are so popular already, why to they need to crowdsource funding?Anyway, I hope they succeed.
