Dear foristi, I recently got a Voigtländer Vitomatic IIa. The camera is in a like new condition, the shutter works properly, the light-meter gives reasonable values. However, the rangefinder patch isn't visible in the viewfinder under normal conditions. When I focus on a very bright object (e.g. light bulb) and turn the focusing, I can see the rangefinder patch moving in the viewfinder. So I need to clean and adjust the rangefinder. I googled already to find some hints how to do that, but what I found wasn't helpful for me. I can remove the top plate and light-meter. The rangefinder is hidden behind metal pieces in the middle-section of the top plate. I don't want to remove the entire viewfinder/rangefinder section because it is glued to the top plate. On the other hand I have no idea how to dismantle the section with the light-meter arm:

Any ideas on that? What is the best way to access the rangefinder of a IIa?
