Voigtlander Bessa L busted!

Last fall I purchased a nice looking Bessa L to dedicate to my 15mm Heliar. It worked well for one roll then I began to realize it was having trouble winding on the film.

I see that the clutch in the take up reel has no tension.

Has anyone taken the top off one of these? I want to see if I can do something myself. I'll not send it for repair.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

My first one did that early in it's life with me. I called the seller and exchanged it for a new one.
