Looks like it's just the body, so I don't think the price is a steal. If it had the 50mm Heliar f/2 and the original box, etc, then it would be a decent deal.
 
Brand new at Cameraquest the body (not anniversary) is $699.

With 50/2 Heliar, Anniversary edition is $1199.
