I have been chasing a Zoomar 36-82mm lens for my Exakta cameras for a while now...
There seem to have been several versions: Exakta, Bessamatic, Ikoflex, M42, etc.
Are they all the same as far as the glass goes ?
I saw an Exakta version on ebay that looked affordable, but the front lens element seems to have serious coating issues...
Wondering about swapping parts between different mount-versions ?

SFAIK all have same glass
Changing elements may introduce its own problems,
I would look for one that does not need work

Sorry - yes, Icarex.
Ikoflex was a TLR...

I've just found three with Bessamatic-Mount, EUR 199.00 each. What is the price of the one in Exakta-Mount that you have seen?

It was listed at $199 USD, but the front element was almost completely clouded-over from fungus / coating loss ?
Darned shame; it had the case & cable release...
I see more Bessa-mount Zoomars than I do Exakta mount...

A Bessa mount Zoomar 36–82 f/2.8 would perhaps be even rarer than an Ikoflex one.

Bessa L could work, after a fashion, let's include a Visoflex and we get a Macro-(only)-Zoomar?

Maybe it's the same Zoomar that keeps popping-up, but I see auction listings for Voigtlander mount more frequently than Exakta mount.
