A delicious breakfast with an interesting history. The dish migrated from China to Cambodia and in the 1970's moved to Southern Vietnam where it is known as hủ tiếu. Today, it's one of the most popular breakfasts in Saigon.
What I am amazed at @Out to Lunch, is the virtual lack of obesity in Cambodia as compared to the USA. The food here is of high quality and not as chemicalized and processed as in the states I find. It is so clean, fresh, and nutritious.
