So, you're out shooting some event or a theme, and wind up with extra frames left over. If you're like me, you don't let them go to waste. Here are the scenes I find when trying to use up those extra frames.

There is a new set of signals going in at the N&W-VGN connector on the west side of Salem, VA at the Salem Industrial Drive crossing. Soon, the Pennsylvania RR style position lights will be no more, as NS upgrades its signal system to be consistent over the entire network.
Appalachian Power has also been busy installing new high voltage lines in the area to serve industry needs. And with the possibility of the Old Virginia Brick site on the right (sold at foreclosure) being redeveloped, this could be a happening area.

I like that picture very much, Lynn. I don't mind the end-of-roll redness and the composition to me is great, better then the picture you posted in the For the LOVE of COLOUR thread. Love the colour in both though. Thanks for sharing.
