I didn't quite know where to post this, but I recently did a wedding shoot (my first) and I live in a different country to my friend (the wedding shoot was a gift).

I've picked out about 100 shots, however I'd like to do more than just send the photographs, I'd like to have an album sent.

What is your advice? Go through an online supplier who would print the album based upon my selection (is there such a service and if so - please provide a link)

OR - should I have it produced locally where I can see the final results and ship it? Note: I currently live in Turkey where photography standards don't seem to be particularly high and language is a barrier.

Where is your friend? We can't point you to a good printer if we don't know where you are.
I've used profotonet.nl with great success when I did a wedding for friends - just in case your friend is in The Netherlands.

Although if it's not an 'online' solution, I'm not sure how I'd communicate the arrangement of the album....
