Just after I got the Leica M (Typ 240) I took it with me on a weekend in Rome in May before travelling down to Southern Italy. I decided to re-trace my steps in Rome and shoot only the M, in black and white, with either the 50mm or 28mm Summicron lenses.

I enjoyed using the Leica M for black and White in Rome so much, and was so pleased with the photos, I made a small Blurb book and E-book of my selection of photos - available here:
