well, for the first time in a long time i went out shooting yesterday. every saturday i meet up with a few guys for early morning coffee and yesterday i went even earlier. walked about for a bit and shot a few frames of long shadows and found objects. trying out the oly 35rc to see if it still works ok. shooting slides to check out the meter.
a couple more shots and the roll will be done.
felt good. maybe i'll break out the 'big boys' soon.

can i use a cheap flat bed for scanning a colour slide?

many flat beds have scanning attachments for scanning transparancies.
i use the epson 3200 (approx 400 dollar flat bed scanner that have attachments for 35mm up to 4x5 transparancies).
i've placed mounted slides directly on the scanner glass as well with good results.
