Since buying a Leica, I always felt a true rangefinder user would prefer a ring-tailed lemur.
However, after seeing a documentary on HCB, it seems brown lemurs or even sloth lemurs would be better.
However, this may be affected by whether or not you use a v.3 or v.4 "king of bokeh" Summicron. I've always felt it important to get that classic Leica "glow" when portraying Malagasy primates.

I would have to say that I prefer Sifakas, Indris, and Woolly lemurs for their unique handling and excellent resale value.

And let's not forget how they take sharp corners, too.

I prefer the kind that don't throw their *** at me, especially when I'm photographing them. That applies to people, as well.
I use a Leica X1... Lemurs are way to fast for its slow AF.

I still like the ring-tailed kind. Tastes like chicken.

I prefer the type that doesn't spike my morning coffee with hallucinogens. Just sayin'.
(That's a complete lie. I'd sell your soul for an hallucinogen-toting lemur)

I find them too fast. But nice and swirly when stopped down a bit.

Dudes, y'all are out of my league.
Either 'lemur' is a new slang for some photographic gear, or some kind of code word for a (dirty?) joke.
I have *no* idea what you are discussing about.

If you say so, Chris.
