What thread lock for Summicron repair

A filter bound to the front filter retaining ring on my 75mm Summicron.
The ring came loose when removing the filter; so I completely removed the retaining ring. I see there is a dab of white adhesive on the flat.

What adhesive/thread-lock should I use to stop the filter retaining ring rotating off again ?

I will also graphite the filter threads to reduce the chance of binding.

I have used 2-3 tiny drops of nail polish for this purpose. On cheaper lenses though ....

Yeah, a drop of clear nail polish is my standard for camera work. Anything stronger is bound to require too much torque to remove and you will end up damaging the part.
