what to do when the 35/f1.2 gets the "dreaded lens wobble"? can I self repair? (+pics

hola all,

I've been using the 35mm f1.2 Nokton for about 2-3 years now - it's far and away my favorite lens. everything about this lens has been truly excellent, except that for the last year it's periodically suffered from the recurring voigtlander front of barrel / front elements lens wobble.

Mine is now in at the voigtlander/cosina factory for repairs, making this the third time I've had to send it for repairs due to this issue (second time to the factory). I've asked that it get special attention this time to check for any worn/damaged components that are making it particularly susceptible, and am hoping they can fix it once and for all.

In case it continues to be a problem, can anyone please give me detailed steps on how I can repair it myself? (Eg something along these lines, describing how to do it for the 35mm f1.7 ultron: http://photo.net/leica-rangefinders-forum/006dyD) I can't bear to be away from it, and it always seems to happen at the worst times!

this time round, I continued to use it with the "wobble" for a month or two, as it gave a nice dreamy glow when shot wide open (eg note the glow/smearing around his shoulder):

and was till very sharp when stopped down from about f5.6 onwards:

but eventually it got too loose to use, and the apperture ring started to disengage and so on.

thanks for your help!
