That looks very healthy Frank.

No pics but last night I had potato gnocchi with a tomato zuchinni and bacon sauce ... followed by some fresh fruit (pears) and a meusli bar for good measure! :D

Albóndigas (a meatball soup) Seldom make them, but they're very easy to make. This shot was of course right before I put them in the saucepan.


I had that at a Spanish restaurant in Brisbane a long, long time ago ... I do remember I liked it a lot!

My current cutting diet:

1. Breakfast:
- 2x whole eggs, 3x whites scrambled
- 'orange triad' multivitamin

2. Pre-workout:
- Chicken, fish, turkey or lean beef/kangaroo etc equalling 40g protein
- 4 desert spoons brown rice or half sweet potato or 1/2 cup cooked oats groats w/ RAW organic milk
- 2000mg fish oil

3. Post Workout
- 'myofusion' Protein shake
- apple/orange (if before 6pm + on training day)

4. Lunch:
- Chicken, fish, turkey or lean beef/kangaroo etc equalling 40g protein
- fibrous veggies/sweet potato

5. Dinner:
- Chicken, fish, turkey or lean beef/kangaroo etc equalling 40g protein
- psyllium husk in water
- 'orange triad' multivitamin

Before bed:
- cottage cheese
- 3000mg fish oil
 
I've lost 40 pounds over the last 2 1/2 months by not eating any grains (bread, pasta, rice), starchy vegetables (potatoes), or fruit. Low carbs, plenty of protein.

Fantastic - great job Frank!
I went from 96kg to a current 76kg whilst more than doubling my upper body and lower body strength with the same diet parameters - very low amounts of unrefined carbs, high protein, moderate fat.
I couldn't recommend it enough!
