Anyone know of a shop very near King's Cross Station in London where I can buy some b&w film?

Got a train to catch at 12:00 noon on 13 September and I'm staying very near the station. Anything within walking distance or a very quick Tube ride?

if there is a Snappy Snaps round there, they sometimes have some film. The one near me does Ilford, but it'll be probably double what you'll pay online.

Hi , Probably your best bet is Silverprint at Waterloo, not far from Kings Cross 30 min walk or quick tube ride. Plenty of B&W films and great service. Cheers

King's Cross! I thought you were in Sydney, only 800 k form Melbourne. But it's King's Cross Station. Ah well. Enjoy London.

Waterloo's pretty much a 30 minute tube ride, certainly not a 30 minute walk unless you have very long legs. Bill, the nearest shops I can think of off the top of my head are Jacobs and Jessops on New Oxford Street, which are right opposite each other and a 2 minute walk from Tottenham Court Road tube station.

Shouldn't take you more than about 6 mins to walk down to Euston station, it's on the same main road as Kings cross so very straight forward, enter the station and exit it at the far end (west end), slightly to the right but more or less opposite that end of the station is Drummond St, immediately you enter the street you have Londons main Calumet with a couple of fridges full of film, and a whole lot of other things beside, but that's certainly the closest.

or west end cameras across the road from warren st station on tottenham court road. they have some cool rollei film and do cross processing and pano processing. the irish fella is a bit of a grumpy git but they have a nice range of film
