Where do you have your color 35mm and mf negs printed?

I will be shooting some color film this summer, and I was wondering where you send your negs to be printed 8x10 or larger. I will most likely be shooting 35mm, but there is a slim chance I might shoot MF if I have the money to not be forced to do this project on the cheap. I will most likely get my film processed at walmart, as they, surprisingly, use very good chemistry. Once I look at my test prints, and choose which negs I want to have printed at a larger size, where do you recommend I send them for printing? I would be curious to hear about the cheapest options, the fastest options, and the best options, knowing that, as a wise VW mechanic once said, you can only have two of the three. I am interested in actually having prints made from my negatives, as I will be looking for rather odd, unclean images, and I am afraid that any digital intermediate step would end with images that have been cleaned up, either from digital ice or a scanner operator who cant help but clean up my images.
