Where in Washington, D.C.?

Does anyone know of a place in D.C. that sells 4x5 film, and developing within 3-4 days? Would like to do mostly night stuff.

Going there on business in 2 weeks and don't want to chance taking my own (airports security). Also would like thoughts on how I can do this without a big fuss.
