Here in the Toronto area, there are about 20 RFF members that I have met over several get togethers we have had. There are probably many more in this area that haven't been to one.
I'm thinking of poor back alley in Edmonton, who may have one other RFF member in his city.
Perhaps Hong Kong could challenge Toronto with a higher concentration of RFF members. How about other cities in the world? How big and active are your RFF groups?

On a city basis, probably Toronto. On a larger scale, probably Texas... everything is bigger in Texas!

It sure ain't northern Michigan. I have no doubt that I'm the only rangefinder shooter within 50 miles of where I live.

Even more if you count those who might not be currently participating in RFF.

Well, if you consider per capita, maybe Sault (Ontario) ... Nando heads a small group there. Or maybe Bothwell, Ontario. Larry Towell lives there, and Bothwell is REALLY tiny!

I know of a few Leica users here in the Miami, FL area. I made an attempt to get a group together a few years ago. We met one time!
Maybe the rangefinder mystique attracts mostly loners, "Walk softly and carry a quiet camera"? People with enough self confidence that they don't need others to "OOOOH!" and "Ahhhh" over their latest lens or say nice things about their prints?
On the other hand, if you DO live in the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area we could give it a try. IM me.

It has to be Mars. From some comments made at RFF it suggests to me that we have quite a few aliens here!

While not qualifying as a single city, there are quite a few of us in the San Francisco Bay Area. And we do get together in various groups on a somewhat regular basis.

There are quite a few of us from these parts, but how to get an exact number without an official count from the site?

Any one else in Africa?
Any one else in Africa?
I live (and work) in Randburg, near Johannesburg in South Africa.
Am I the only RFF member on this continent?

Raquette Lake has 96 or 92 year round residents, depending on who you ask, so per capita RL might be doing pretty well: 1 per 92.
Way ahead of NYC or Toronto, I think.

Robin and I are from Pensacola, Florida.
The "second RFF member" is important for RF chats at the local Starbucks.
