The ONA Bowery is nice for that size outfit...

Tks, I have already a leather ONA bowery, very nice. I use it for my Sony A7III and its lenses.
I'm looking for another one instead to move all item each time.

Think Tank (built like a Tank). I'm sure they have a bag that would fit your needs. Good luck.

The Domke F9 Small is also good for a compact outfit.

the domke 5xb is the same size as the bowery...the zipper can be a pain sometimes though.

I have an embarrassing number of bags but the one I always use for an LTM Leica with one or two lenses is a Domke F-5XA.

Tks! I'll check.

I'm partial to the Domke J-803 satchel for a small kit. Its a lower profile than the F-5XA, so it lays closer to the body. No zipper; the clipped flap works fine. Central compartment, rear full magazine pocket, front cargo pockets...

The Domke F5XB is really a great bag, but it's a bit small for me. I just tried out the ruggedwear olive version and it's truly a great bag, especially for the price. Only I couldn't fit two cameras in where I could easily remove them and replace them. The zipper is part of the reason for this, but I wish it was just a couple inches longer.
The velcro on the flap is way too stiff, at least when new. I ended up putting a strip of duct tape over it. I am actually going to send it back, but it was very close to perfect if the size was only a tad bigger.

Fair enough, but the OP was about a bag for 1 RF body and 2 lenses.

Me too. Mine is at least 20 yrs old and has carried a Leica and a few lenses. It's slim & discreet. Faded by not worn out. My favourite 'incognito' bag.

Think Tank Retrospective 5 for one body/lens
Retrospective 7 with room left over for "whatever" OR
for two bodies, two lenses.

I use a 7 ver.2 for two Fuji X Pro2's with 35 1.4 and 16mm 1.4 lenses.
Very happy.

Another recommendation for the Domke 5B. I have my X-E3 with the 18-55 as well as my X100 with the wide converter on. A battery for each in the pocket and a few loose things tucked away inside. I've never had a problem with the zipper in ten years. The flap bothered me so I cut it off and now I have a quick entry bag.

I have a couple of Courierware bags in different sizes. They come with a multi-pocket insert that is well padded. They do not look like camera bags, rather like a million other non-descript bags that you see on the street. For me, a bag that doesn’t say “there is an expensive camera in here” is priceless.

LOL. The Domke J-803 is my small bag. My "big" camera bag is a Courierware, the ubiquitous large bike courier bag, in which I carried packages all over greater Boston 30 years ago as a bike courier, and thereafter fitted with Domke F-2 baseboard and inserts, have carried cameras all over the world. Its worn and patched and repatched, and as Ken remarks, its discrete. Easy access, astonishingly rainproof for a bag that just has a big flap, and holds a ton of gear.

I would also look at the Domke F-8.
