Hello guys
I m a newbie in this forim. I never used RF camera b4, my old gear is Nikon SLR. I m planing to purchase a new M6 TTL and lense soonly after been walked around in camera store for 2 weeks. Then I ve to look for lense...just only one for start with it. My choice is get only one 35 cron or get 50 cron and CV 35 skopar.
In the first choice i purchase only one used 35 cron.
2nd choice I purchase one used 50 cron plus new one CV 35 skopar.
This 2 choice come in almost same budget.
I really like 35 mm with its wide angle perspective, but if I can get 50mm and 35 mm in same time...it's not bad idea too. I think CV 35 skopar is quite a good lense too.
So what u guys think?

You might also consider getting a 35/1.7 ultron and a 50/1.5 ultron. Both are considered optically equal to the Leica Summicrons of the 70's/80's (which is to say, excellent).

There are so many good choices.

If 35mm will be your main lens what % of your shooting will be with other focal lengths. I would get the "right" 35 for you and build the kit around that if it really is going to be your work horse.

The 35 Summicron is wonderful, the 35 Ultron is excellent, 35 Pancake II is great then there is the sure to be super 35/2 ZI. I would suggest looking through galleries of photos to see if one stands out to you.

Once you get your main lens figured out see what is left of your budget and what will fit as a second lens.

Welcome to the forum romanezz! :) I too moved from a Nikon SLR to an M6TTL. It takes a while to adjust to a rangefinder camera and what I did was to buy only one lens and go through my "adjustment period" ;) with that lens. Mine was a 50mm but your favorite is a 35mm so I would strongly consider the used 35mm Summicron or the CV 35/1.7 Ultron which is an excellent lens. Then, if you decide that you like RF photography you can expand your collection of lenses. But I took advice and started with one lens only and it really worked for me. :)
