Which Edition of the Leica Manual by Morgan Best Cover the M3?

Which edition of the Leica Manual by Willard Morgan best cover the M3 camera (preferably the SS camera vesion but I would take either)? I presume the 13th or 14th edition?

Any online resource regarding editions of the Leica Manual and the cameras and lenses they discuss?

Not quite sure what you are looking for, but here is the actual M3 manual online; http://homepage.ntlworld.com/joechan/pdf/leica_m3_manual.pdf

I have the 12th Revised Edition, and it only goes to the IIIf, so you may be right. Hove Publishing has a few Leica specific books, and our own Jonathan Eastland has a great one titled "Compendium - Handbook of the Leica M System".
