Which streetphotographer did I ran into today in NYC?

I'm in New York at the moment and today I met another photographer, doing street photography at Union Square. I am the worst in remembering namens. So perhaps you have a clue. What I know:

- Black Leica film camera. Probably M4 or M4-P
- MS Optical 28mm lens
- Male
- In his thirties
- Also carried a flash gun (Vivitar, looked like 285). When I asked "Like Bruce Gilden?" He said e prevered Mark Cohen.
- I think his name starter with a J (Jackson, Jared???). But I am not sure.

Just curious knows who this is. Would love to see his work.
 
I've heard of Mark Cohen before...Don't know much about him and his work... He might be a Magnum photographer not sure on that...

Why does it have to be someone famous. It could be John Smith. First name does start with a J.
 
Hes not saying anyone is famous, just asking if the person he bumped into is on the forum...
whats going on today? lol
If the guy had long hair, named john, Ive seen him before as well, some kind of m4, flash. Look up kingofkodak, his username here and instagram etc.
If not him, I dont know then.. :)
 
Rather than assuming it was someone famous, maybe the OP thought that maybe it was a member of this forum and that another member may know him?

Doesn't ring a bell to me... and I was on the streets a lot during 2008-2017. NYC has a lot of random Leica users.
