Who's the photographer?

Couldn't find any other place for a photographer ID thread so I figured Off Topic was the best place.

A friend of mine passed this photo onto me hoping that I might be able to identify the shooter. Unfortunately I don't have any context, date, or clues about it.

Anybody recognise it?

The only information my friend had was that it was making the rounds on Korean blogs, which is where she first saw it.

The photo wasn't taken in Korea though. Judging by haircuts and the tapered jeans, I'd say 80s?

80s in the West perhaps. But easily be the 90s or even yesterday in (some parts of) the former Eastern Block.

Could be anyone, perhaps the old aqualung? I can´t really understand why would anybody want to know? The picture is, quite simply, poor.
