I've been lurking for quite some time trying to learn about rangefinders. I still haven't taken the leap, but plan on it soon and this site has been a wonderful resource.

One thing that I've found annoying is that when someone posts a large image, it means a lot of scrolling to the left and right to read the rest of the posts on that page. I created a little solution for myself and thought I would share.

Most modern browsers allow you to specify a custom css file in the preferences. Putting this line in that file will shrink images down to a size such that they won't stretch the rest of the posts.

.alt1 img {max-width:100%;}

Unfortunately most browsers don't do a great job of resizing images, so the downside is that you lose quality. But for images you want to see in better quality, you can right click and "open image in new window." This isn't a perfect solution but has made my RFF experience better.
