Will the "curtain" open up when the film is in? (645 1000s)
Like when the film is not in, the "curtain" does not open. Will it open when thr film is in? Thanks~

The best camera is one that still works!
I hope this helps you ... I don't know much about these cameras.

Like most modern roll film cameras, it has "automatic" transport - that is, you wind away the entire leader and trailer in one go each, without having to release in between. As a side effect the shutter will only operate with film in position (and in valid counter range) - unless you switch down the MULTI exposure lever (which uncouples the shutter from the film transport).

And I have to say that surely when someone who is obviously fairly new here asks an innocent question we can just answer it directly without being a little condescending and the 'roll eyes' emoji being used.
Not cool in my opinion!

She or he is not «fairly new here» — please, compare her or his countless previous «innocent» questions here.

Shooter of Film...
You can remove the film holder, Mirror up or not, put the camera in "Multi" exposures and fire away...make sure there's a battery in it too...without a battery the shutter curtain will remain open until you press the little red button on top...enjoy...
And to answer your original question...the shutter will open when fired, camera loaded and on frame 1...as long as the camera is operating correctly...
