Winter Highlights

These look very nice:), a bit of dialogue would be nice. What decelopet did you use for these?

I like them!

decelopet=developer? Anyway, they were lab developed and scanned.

Dave, these are from an equestrian center that houses and trains other folks horses. It's right smack in the middle of a suburban housing development. Where I was standing across the road they have just finished putting in another street, and have about half the lots built up

The second photo is basically your nice Christmas card shot, but I've always liked the scene for it's slightly off symmetry. As a future project I could always try to replace that dead tree with one from the other side.

The first one I was going for the cold landscape feel, with the large expanses of snow covered fields, and foreboding grey skies.

In the first photo I like the diagonal lines of the fence and the curve of the road on the right side. And there is a sense of "emptiness" and cold.

Personally I prefer the second photo which I find more interesting (but this is simply related to my personal taste) where I like the path leading to the house and the symmetry whose light imperfection is in my opinion a bonus.

If you have more photos taken in that occasion please post !

The feel of the images is well done! Equestrian center! Wow, I wonder if they have sleigh rides? :):):) we always wanted to go on a sleigh ride.

Our granddaughter has been taking riding lessons thispast year at a horse farm near here. It is nowhere near as picturesque as this! Thanks for posting...:)
