Olympus, Yashica, etc.

Post 2 consecutive images (same frame on 35mm, a diptych) from your half frame cameras ;)

Olympus FT, 40/1.4

Todd.... I'd love to play but I don't have one of these. The diptych idea is a natural. Should be fun to see what is added to this thread. This looks shot 'wide open' , very shallow DoF. Does the camera have a meter or do you need a hand held?

Eric: Yeah, load it up...they're alot of fun!

Jan: these were shot either wide open or at f2. Mine has a meter but it's a wonky set up (meaning I haven't figured out how to use it yet), I just use a handheld meter.

Wonderful idea for this thread, Todd.
These are with Agfa Optima Parat

Two with the (Evil) half frame SLR Yashica Samurai 3.0 on slide film.

Sorry for posting so many examples, but I love this technique!

Great color and image pair Roland.

Very nice expressions on the last one Todd. Made me smile. Cool thead.

petronius, really like the colour set of the shadow and light standard, even the 'raw-ness' of the untouched neg all adds 'to the good'

Keith.. that vignetting .. I like the vignetting you got but don't see it on Todd's images. How'd you do that does the camera have interchangeable lenses?

It can also be up and down :)

Jan, there's only 3 SLR Pens, Pen-F, Pen-FT (with meter), Pen-FV. All the other Pen's are either selenium or CdS metered. The Pen D's is completely manual, with a meter that is activated with a button.

... and that's just scratching the surface ... :)

Edit: Now I can see petronius' pictures...
