The technique is neat with the portable studio and the pics are certainly interesting. The site navigation is tough to figure out though. Thanks for posting the link!

Yes, the site navigation is difficult. There's a tremendous amount of material.

The work reminds me, for obvious reasons, of Irving Penn's workmen and Hells Angels and fashion and tribal people...

I'd like to do a little of that, but I'd have to do it with a more portable setup. I wonder if a "Starfish" reflector/diffuser over a Metz 45 , with a Metz on the background, would serve?
