Probably. The fisheye lens shot is the tip off. Other than Nikon, I don't know how many other manufacturers offered a full-frame fisheye back in 1969.

First Nikon came out with the 8mm full circle image fish-eye followed by Pentax with a full frame fish-eye of about 18mm focal length. The cheap Accura fish eye, also marketed by Spiratone, used T-mount adapters to fit about any 35mm SLR with a focal plane shutter. Spiratone sold it for $39.95 including caps and a T-mount adapter.
Crisp it wasn't, but neither were the Big Name fish-eyes either. I got some great shots with mine! It had Waterhouse stops giving f/8, f/11, and f/16.
