Hi everyone, recently bought a seconhand xpan that i had been promising myself for a while and i love it to bits! 😀 As a rangefinder virgin, i decided to find a forum on the web, and this is the first one i looked at. It seems very informative, so i thought i better join. The camera i bought didn't come with a manual and although i have pretty much worked out how the camera works it would be nice to have a look at the instructions. I know you can get them from the web at a price, but i was wondering if there are any friendly fellow xpan users out there who have a softcopy version they could perhaps email me.

Thanks in antcipation

Welcome to the Xpan club.... I bought one recently as well and really love this camera. I have the instruction manual that I can scan and send to you...just send me your e-mail..
Most of my pictures in this gallery are from the Xpan..

Just this moment, I finished developing some xpan negs I shot over the weekend in an old railroad repair building. An absolutely amazing place and the xpan captured it perfectly.

Having shot the innards [sic] of a RR repair shop myself - I must know - where did you go? I have a buddy who works @ the B &O RR Museum in Baltimore...

As for the manual, well, I say it's worth looking at but Hasselblad's reading materials I find to be relatively skimpy.....

Scotsnapper, I'll send you a .pdf of the Xpan manual.
I tried to attach it to this post but the file is too large.
Enjoy the Xpan, it's a lot of fun!

You can find electronic versions of the user manual here :
http://xpan.free.fr/user_manual_english.htm

Also exist in French and Dutch.

Download can be lengthy at peak time (e.g 7-11pm in France)

These documents are part of the French site "Passion xpan" dedicated to the Xpan (in French !).

Thank you my French friend, someone has emailed me the manual in PDF format, but thanks for the link anyway.
