I saw this blog HERE and decided to develop XP2 Super with Rodinal 1:100 for one hour with six initial inversion and six at minute 30 (that makes that a semi-stand
). I think I am not even close to the results that Chris got. But I am going to try again. Any recommendation on what to do?

Great stuff, I love XP2 in black and white chemistry!
I do a pre-soak in distilled water and then 5ml Rodinal and 600ml water at 70 degrees.
Agitation for the first minute only and then a couple of tips back and forward, then leave it stand for an hour and fix and wash afterwards.
I got my technique from a local photographers blog, link below.

Looks pretty good, too contrasty for my taste but I like more grays than most.
I would do shorter but more frequent agitations. One every 10 mins to start, if you still see uneven development as some of these frames show, then go 5 min intervals. You can keep the total time where you are at.
